Today was simply magnificent, with CAVU weather, known to pilots as Ceiling And Visibility Unlimited.  I really wanted to shoot pictures of the northeastern portion of New Jersey, as well as New York City and the Hudson Bay, all from the buttery smooth air found at nearly 8,000 feet above one of the busiest air spaces in the United States.  I also shot many pictures of the beloved Jersey Shore, beginning at Sandy Hook, with many shoreline views both north and south along the never ending white, sandy beaches.

There are a total of (85) photos to hopefully appease everyone's interest.  It was tough choosing this selection out of the more than (250) photos that I shot this day, but was a lot of fun reliving the thrill of the day's flight.
