Today's flight encompassed the New York/New Jersey
metropolitan area at 8,000 feet. The first group of photos
are ones shot from my GoPro HERO3+ camera, located
out on the aircraft's wing strut. The remaining photos
(actually, the majority of them) were shot from my
hand held camera inside the cockpit.

you see is not the curvature of the earth but rather
the result of the camera's whopping 170 degree
